City restaurant. What does this mean for you? Zoretsvit is a place where restaurant quality is combined with the simplicity and rhythm of a modern city. Slow and fast, refined and simple, old and new - that is, the contrasts around which the entire design of the establishment dances. The establishment is located on the territory called Kush - it is a revitalized forklift factory, where today numerous establishments, shops, beauty studios, expositions and other locations.Restaurant is located in a spatial open space. More specifically, the kitchen, bar and main dining room are in the same space, which is always an extremely difficult challenge to choose a cozy atmosphere. Of course, the idea of an open kitchen is not something new, but, let's face it, it is difficult:) So we bet on soft light, light music, natural materials and, of course, food. And also on the engineering approach:) The space is divided into several zones, each of which has its own character:1-2. Two areas on the catwalks with rectangular tables that can be easily rearranged for large companies.3. Planting near an open kitchen, partially covered with plants; on each table is a real oil lamp.4. Bar, wine tasting corner and the main accent of the restaurant is a massive red onyx cube.5. An open kitchen area where guests can watch the cooking process. The red onyx cube is at the same time a space for wine tasting and an impressive center of the restaurant's composition. We wanted it to look like a stylish sculpture in the interior. Behind the onyx cube is a wine cabinet — it emphasizes Zoretsvit's desire to develop the culture of Ukrainian wine. Next to the bar: an elongated stainless steel structure, which ends with a “levitating” cabinet.Another distinctive detail of the interior is the wardrobes created by analogy with goldsmiths. They are also completely stainless and at the same time serve as a functional partition in space. Directly in front of them, instead of a few small jobs, we made one large multifunctional station for waiters. Recovered materials played a big role in the project: 100-year-old parquet with an orange coat of paint, reused larch beams for stitching the kitchen, Austrian doors that now adorn the walls, and bricks (from of the same factory) around the pizza oven.
