The premises for this cafe are located in the modern residential complex Podil Plaza Residence. This building is located in the historic center of Kyiv and our team needed six months of tireless work to implement the project. The complexity of the room was itshape, most of the walls were in the form of glass partitions of a radial shape.

The peculiarity of this project was the maximum coherence and speed of the robotic team members: the client, the design bureau team, the brand marketer and the construction team. The concept of a single style and pastel shades in the interior came frombrandbook and were adopted as a key starting point in creating the design. Personally, we added to the elements of the corporate style of the premises a unified graphic of structural elements, in furniture (rounded shapes, arches) and elements of landscaping inthe central part of the podium. We were inspired by the vibe inherent in the idea of the name itself. Zajvornk is a man-bird, as the highest form of human being (according to the philosophy of Gregory Skovoroda). The client of this project is a special woman, a person with a strong character in business, as well as a talented pastry chef. In the concept, it was conceived toharmoniously place the technology zone and the landing area for guests, and this is all 50 m2. The project of this format required tremendous energy and finances, so she took the creation andimplementation as seriously as the creation of the most exquisitedessert. In time, the project took six months, so we all worked to the limit. A huge amount of professional kitchen equipment was imported from the USA and Germany, andthe main specialization of this cafe is to make delicious breakfasts all day with fragrant bread and croissants.

The main criteria in the technical design plan was to withstand all the necessarynorms — ventilation, insolation, high strength of coatings and environmental friendliness of materials.Therefore, such types of finishing as microcement, bulk floor, decorative plaster, tiles and mirrors were chosen. The main emphasis was on usingitems of Ukrainian and Scandinavian design, such as: LITVINENKO DESIGNSTUDIO, Diza, Babich studio, IKEA, Oitoproducts, FurFur, Kononenko ID. All these elements were suitable for budget and style, thanks to which we were able to be free of finishing materials and engineering.

The key colors were chosen shades of caramel and pistachio, combining the colors sand and gray, which brought everything together in a single composition. The textures of naturalmaterials of concrete, wood and glass, gave these interiors naturalness and light, a feeling of cleanliness and lightness of space. A mixture of such modern trends in recent yearscomplemented the space: metals (stainless steel), rounded shapes (arches), glass flutsta bright ceiling (caramel), light asceticism (nothing superfluous, no decor). Getting to this cafe, you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of freedom and sunny space.There you feel yourself, in a big city, where everything is created for rest andrelaxation. Where time stops for yourself.
