The interior of two-level apartments in a modern complex, located in a cozy green area of the city, turned out to be bright, functional and charismatic, which is ideal for Customers - a modern family with two sons and a pet corgi.

For the interior, we chose a color scheme, from two accent colors - blue and orange, the basis for them was light clay and different wood textures.

From the developer, we got a layout of complex shape absolutely identical on each floor. The apartment is spectacular, located on the last two floors with panoramic windows in each room, with isolated rooms, spacious long transit area, two bathrooms, shower and bathroom.

Among the shortcomings are the complex configuration of the walls with indirect angles and the lack of stairs to the second floor.

The main requirement of customers was to get an elegant modern space, to have a lot of space, light, functional areas and storage places, to equip the home with high-tech solutions, like smart home system, ventilation system, access control, speaker system in each room, comprehensive water treatment.

The wish was to obtain a spacious area of the main room of the living room with a sofa area and a home theater, combined with a large functional kitchen and dining area next to a panoramic window from which an incredible view opens and you can watch beautiful sunsets.

We turn to the inspection of the interior itself.

The staircase, decorated with natural veneer, maintains the integrity of two levels, public and private, and is an original addition to the interior. Porcelain tiles were used for the floor in the transit area.

The hallway area, which smoothly passes into the transit area with a large closet with an open compartment.

Sliding doors with solid wood glass and brass handles separate the living room studio space from the hallway area and stairs to the second floor.

On the ground floor there is a studio space with living room and kitchen, which includes a lounge area with a home Hi-End cinema, integrated into the furniture design according to the designer's sketches, which were skillfully executed by our partners — carpentry workshop “UZOR”.

The task was to harmoniously combine two functions: acoustic and aesthetic, so as not to harm each other, but to complement, reinforcing the emotional positive effect on the listener.

The space of the living room and kitchen was divided by a shelf-partition according to the designer's sketches.

Corner kitchen with a double row of upper sections to the ceiling allows efficient use of space and includes all the functional elements.

In the first part of the kitchen we have placed a glass display case for crockery and wine collection, oven and microwave oven, Side-by-Side refrigerators, in the second part there is a sink, a work surface and a display case with a built-in coffee machine. In the corner part, we located the professional complex water treatment system AKVANTIS and provided convenient access to engineering systems.

The study, shower room and guest bathroom are separated from the noisy studio. We carefully designed the furniture for the office and the desktop, taking into account all the wishes of the customer.

In the shower room, large-format bright tiles from DIESEL are used for decoration in combination with a calmer one in a cold shade, but it looks harmonious and balanced. The washbasin cabinet is designed with a built-in washer-dryer.

The second floor is more private with a master bedroom with its own dressing room, two sons' rooms, a bathroom, a bathroom and a transit area with a cabinet for records and guitars.

The unconditional highlight of the project and the magnificent decoration of the master bedroom was the artistic painting in the headboard based on the painting “Flowers and Nuts” by the outstanding Ukrainian artist Ekaterina Bilokur. This magnificent work by interior artist Anna Klovac Dom Decor is full of radiance and harmony of the combination of the female and male worlds.

A dressing room made of natural wood and veneer with functional areas for household appliances, a steam station, storage areas and a large wall mirror.

We placed a display case for decorations and trifles where the electric shield is located and closed this place with a mirror.

Elegant and sophisticated, the bathroom is decorated with Callacata porcelain, a place of comfort and relaxation.

The sons' rooms are charismatic in character, thoughtful functionality, bright colors that will remain relevant even as children grow up.

A cabinet for guitars and records was placed in the transit area of the second floor.

All furniture, except soft, is original and created specifically for this project.

In the production of furniture, we carefully paid attention not only to the functionality and choice of materials, but also to decorative elements.

The voice-controlled smart home system automates lighting, climate, access control, TV and acoustics and saves energy consumption significantly.

Now we can confidently say that we are proud of our work on this project.
