The apartment is located in the heart of Kiev, on Luteranska Street. Originally designed as a cozy rental space, the project has evolved into something much more. The client not only presented some great ideas, but also encouraged us to do the same, making the whole process a seamless collaboration between a far-sighted design team and a detail-oriented perfectionist owner.

The interior has a pronounced Scandinavian influence, manifested in Carl Hansen chairs and wooden parquet. But we wanted to combine it with Ukrainian industrial furniture and elegant Italian lighting. This is how the space has come together with the DIZA Collective coffee tables, the Flos pendant lamp and many other carefully chosen details. Given the limited space for a large kitchen, we decided to increase the depth of the countertop and incorporate steel shelves to increase functionality. One of our favorite solutions is built-in overhead cabinets that integrate seamlessly into the wall for a clean, minimalist look.
Each surface and material harmonizes with the others, adding unique textures and subtle variations in tone, adding depth and character to the space. Our favorite Taccia lamp from Flos has found its perfect place here, creating soft rounded highlights that gently warm neutral walls and enhance the atmosphere.
