GONG Asian Restaurant and Bar is located in the iconic Jumeirah Mina Al Salam.
Developer Jumeirah decided to renovate and put up for sale its premises, in particular the one where this restaurant has been operating for more than 20 years.

*The uniqueness of the location lies in the architecture: the building is made in a pseudo-historical style, which creates the atmosphere of the oriental fairy tale “Aladin”. Just in front of the legendary hotel, Dubai's golden beach overlooks Burj Al Arab.

*We received the order due to successful cooperation with a Kazakh restaurateur on a project in Thailand. Only those who already have their own restaurants in Dubai, as well as project studios with a positive experience in the Emirates and the correct documentation necessary for the implementation of such an object could participate in the tender for this premises.

*Design concept
The main objective was to create an authentic restaurant of Asian cuisine, reflecting the traditions and style of Asia. For this we used:

- decorative painted wallpaper;

- lamps in the form of fans;

- contrasting shades characteristic of Asian culture — red and green;

- plants to create a cozy atmosphere.

At the same time, we retained the existing structures, restored the floor and left the original ceiling. As a result, the interior retained historical authenticity, but at the same time received a new breath.
