Wine is poetry in a bottle! This is the main slogan of the winery near Kiev, the interior of the tasting room, which we were lucky to develop. The entire production space fully reflects the character of the owner: high-tech equipment, modern trends and the creation of a new unique history of Ukrainian winemaking of the 21st century. Having immersed ourselves in the study, history and legends of wine production, we realized that the more northern regions of Ukraine do not have such a vivid history and such established traditions as the usual wineries in the south of the country. That is why we decided to abandon the traditional idea of winery design and make an unpatterned interior, emphasizing a new look at the culture of wine consumption in the modern world. We lay down the modern history of winery design for the future, just as the customer grows new grape varieties for quality Ukrainian wine.

Inspired by the visit to the production and the owner's meticulous approach to his business, we began the development of the project.

The first thing we encountered at the beginning of the work is the unusual location of the room itself. Unlike the usual tasting rooms, our space is located in a modern office building in the heart of a small town in the south of the Kiev region.

The main exclusive idea was to create a variety of areas where you can simultaneously taste wine and see the speaker well: these are small round tables located along the modern sofa composition, these are also more traditional rectangular tables for four people. But the highlight around which the entire interior was created was the central table of unusual shape, which, if necessary, is easily transformed into separate tables. It should be noted that the arrangement of furniture and equipment of the entire space is created in accordance with all norms and rules of inclusiveness and barrier-free.

The ideas for decorating the hall are a reflection of the functions of using products and materials for making wine. No element of the interior is casual and emphasizes belonging to winemaking. Jute, with which the supporting structures of the tables are decorated, is used to tie the vine. Bone concrete and hemp bricks are primarily an ecological material, and secondly, hemp is one of the best cover crops when growing grapes. The presence in the interior of a large number of elegant metal products reminds us of supports for trellis wire and other structures supporting the vine. And the support legs of the round tables are an imitation of a corkscrew for opening a bottle of wine. The central panel on the wall is a stylized bas-relief depicting endless vineyards and the sun - a symbol of the harvest and the best taste of grapes. The idea of the sun, the most important natural component in the winery, is supported by the colorful solution of several interior details.The decorative elements on the windows, without disturbing the flow of natural light of the room at any time of the day, gave us the full effect of presence, emphasizing with the graphics of the design itself the individual rows of vineyards and amplifying making this effect a harmonious play of light and shadow.

In general, the design of the hall is an interior journey, a complete reflection of the natural palette with accents and elements of the loft. A paradise for wine connoisseurs.
