The owner of this space is one of the leading specialists of the advertising industry of Ukraine.

And this time, it was not the designer, but the customer who expanded the scope of freedom, brightness and non-standard approaches. Work on the project was facilitated by the fact that the customer visited the created Fateeva Design spaces and already had 100% confidence.

But in this story there were two obstacles: the first is the planning of the apartment from the developer, the second is the limited budget. The planning from the developer was unsuccessful: small rooms, narrow dark corridors, little light and many monoliths and communications.

Therefore, Fateeva Design in this space used atypical solutions in the new layout. For example, the bedroom was moved to the farthest corner of the apartment, and the rest of the space was combined as much as possible into a single party-living room. The entrances to the bedroom were made from the entrance area of the corridor and from the far corner of the living room. So the bedroom can be accessed through the dressing room, the bathroom, and also from the living room. Thus, the bathroom is conditionally a transit area. This decision suits individuals who do not have stereotypes.

The owner is very fond of collecting companies, so the living room and kitchen space were combined. The kitchen has a bar area and access to the lounge area on a chic balcony.

The master's bedroom is a personal corner, calmer, but not inferior in depth and emotion.

The paintings in these spaces have become color accents that always maintain the mood of this project.
