This modern house belongs to a family with an almost adult son. They dreamed of a bright and cozy home. So, we made every effort to ensure that the white walls did not seem boring, cold, or characterless, and that the space was filled with air.

The hallway immediately sets an ironic and welcoming mood thanks to the Monkey Black lamps, designed by Marcantonio for Seletti. The graphic floor tiles from Bicolor create rhythm and dynamics. The Stability console and Spindle bench from SV-Atelier support the overall black-and-white graphics.

The spacious living room combines several zones: a lounge area, a kitchen, and a dining room. In the highly functional kitchen by Andrii Lisitsyn, real culinary masterpieces are created — for entertaining guests or enjoying a delicious family dinner.

The dining room walls are decorated with trays from the Medicis collection by Svetoria. Their images are not only exquisite and elegant but also make everyone smile. Tested! Above the table hangs the Mantis lamp by Svetoria, which creates a wonderfully romantic atmosphere during dinner.

In the elegant living room, you can truly relax on the Big Place sofa from Interia. The "Abstraction" carpet, designed by Yevhenii Lytvynenko, supports the graphic accents of the entire space. On it, resembling ink spots on a sheet of paper, the essential element of any living room almost dissolved — the Ethnicraft coffee table from SV-Atelier.

We chose not to emphasize the massive fireplace by Kaminoff with decorative finishes. This minimized its visual dominance. After all, the idea was to let the air in this space flow freely, without obstacles — even visually.

The house features hidden-installation doors from Aprio, which are indispensable in rooms with decorative wall moldings or artistic murals.

The bedroom and the teenage son’s study have warm, rich colors. The Padova armchair from SV-Atelier and the Fiji rug (designed by Vlad Tolochko) add expressiveness to the space and complement the collection of carefully chosen items.

Soft colors and delicate wall paintings by Soyka Art Studio create a romantic atmosphere in the master bedroom. The comfortable Butterfly bed from Interia seems to embrace you and invite you to relax. The "Perforation" rug (designed by Yevhenii Lytvynenko) added a touch of sentimentality and coziness to the space.

To make the home as comfortable as possible for all residents, we suggested small but constructive changes. Thus, the huge bathroom on the second floor was divided into two separate rooms. As a result, the house now has two full bathrooms. The partition between them ends with a horizontal window that provides natural light for the son’s bathroom.

The entrance to the master bathroom was arranged through the walk-in closet.

Thanks to the clients’ trust and the professionalism of all contractors involved, the work on this project was carried out smoothly and transparently. Together, we managed to overcome the challenges of the COVID period, when the concept was being developed and the initial work started. And then… the war. After the de-occupation of Irpin, the owners were finally able to return and continue the work — decorating and furnishing their home.
