The design concept was based on the creation of an open, bright space that adapts to the daily needs of the inhabitants. The common area includes a large living room, where the atmosphere of comfort is enhanced by the combination of a traditional fireplace and a bio fireplace, as well as a dining area and a kitchen with an emphasis on natural light thanks to panoramic windows. The private unit consists of five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. There is also a separate study, mini-cinema and spa area with two bars, hammam, sauna, pool with jacuzzi function. Technical rooms are taken out separately. The layout is carefully zoned, allowing you to combine openness with functionality.

The interior is made in a modern style with elements of minimalism and classic elegance. The basic palette is warm natural tones: white, beige, gray, deep wood shades, stone and glass accents. Materials include veneer, stone, matte and glossy metals, natural wood. Built-in furniture — custom-made, separately located furniture from premium brands that emphasize style and space. High-quality textiles, selected with shades, textures and structures in mind. The lighting is multi-level, with integrated systems and decorative fixtures that shape the character of each zone. This house became the embodiment of the idea of private restoration. One of the distinctive features were the central staircases and circular routes of movement, enhancing the feeling of smooth, continuous movement. The project also features a unique approach to the organization of space. One of the interesting details was the use of paint, which changes its shade depending on the lighting and the season. Another feature was the design elements made of natural materials, such as parquet board, wall panels and polished stone, reflecting the uniqueness of nature, giving the impression of continuous contact with the environment. One of the main challenges was the integration of complex technical solutions into a pure design concept. Thanks to the coordinated work of the team and professional contractors, it was possible to create a hidden but effective engineering that does not break aesthetic harmony. The result is a refined, thoughtful and technologically perfect space that is easy to breathe and pleasant to live in.
