Intercon specializes in the construction and repair of clinics, offices and commercial spaces. The owners are three partners: two men and a woman. They sought to create for their fast-growing company not a typical office, but a space that would reflect their approach: professional, bold and at the same time unique. That's why they invited a designer for whom offices are not the usual area to get an unexpected result.

The key solution was an open ventilation system made of solid brass. Living metal, changing color and texture over time, became a central accent and set the character of the entire space. The combination of concrete, brass, wood, plaster and light has created an environment where materials work not only aesthetically, but symbolically.

In the reception area, each element represents the partners of the company: the concrete column symbolizes the construction department, the wooden arched countertop - the organization and procurement, the brass sphere - the financial direction. The plaster cannellae convey the idea of the team of employees, and the lighting installation symbolizes customers with their ups and downs.

The integrity of the office is emphasized by repetitive techniques: arched forms as a symbol of sustainability, comic graphics in the conference room that literally recreates the construction process, individually decorated offices of partners and symbolically beaten bathrooms. All these details make the space not a typical office, but an artistic manifesto of the company and its philosophy. The final accent was the stylized eye over the entrance door, inscribed in the arch, a sign of the Great Architect of the Universe, contemplating the creativity and skill of the builders.
