In this 56 m² apartment, we aimed to create a space that corresponds to the dynamic rhythm of life of a young man. The challenge was to combine the aesthetics of modern architecture with the functionality of daily life, leaving a feeling of spaciousness and lightness.

Concept

At the heart of the project is the idea of harmony between urbanism and coziness. We have preserved the authentic materials of the building: exposed concrete, brick and columns, turning them into characteristic accents of the interior. They have become not only a constructive element, but also part of the design language of the space.

Planning solutions

Despite the compact area, the apartment has a clear logic:

• the kitchen is integrated into the total volume of the living room, which avoids overload;

• the bedroom has received a hidden workplace, which is easily transformed for online meetings and work from home;

• there is a dressing room for convenient storage of things;

• the bathroom is made in microcement, which emphasizes the modernity and monolicity of the space.

Materials and atmosphere

The minimalist background is supported by milky and warm shades, which are combined with natural wood and reflective surfaces. This creates a balance between the “rawness” of urban materials and the feeling of home comfort.

Result

The interior turned out to be restrained and multi-layered: it reveals the character of the inhabitant, but at the same time retains flexibility for future changes. Here, every solution has a functional basis, and every detail works on a single idea — a modern, comfortable and emotional space for living and working.
