Clients who contacted us purchased an apartment in a modern residential complex Utlandiya in the suburbs of Kiev.

They are young, modern, very active, the wish was to get an apartment in which it would be convenient to relax alone. and together with friends.

A special wish is to make a comfortable space -master-bedroom. Due to the redevelopment, we managed to enlarge the bathroom, organize a comfortable dressing room and a cozy bedroom. In the living room there was a fireplace and a large TV area for pleasant meetings and watching your favorite movies. The office is organized not only for work, but also for comfortable contemplation and immersion with your favorite book in a soft corner arranged near the window. On the open terrace you can not only relax, but also have a barbecue party. Of course, in the interior one of the main places is occupied by art. The living room used the French poster Brand New from Eyefood Factory, which adds a touch of brightness and uniqueness to the space. In the bedroom, the painting “Dawn” by the local artist Svetlana Lodina adds comfort and tranquility, but in the bathroom, the painting from this artist brings intrigue. Thanks to the high doors and baseboards of concealed installation, straight and simple furniture, we managed to create a modern and comfortable interior.
