This small house created during the war reflects the vision of economic housing. This project combines modern style with elements of Scandinavian design, creating a special atmosphere of warmth and comfort.
The house is designed for a family of two, with the possibility of receiving guests, thanks to the functional guest room, which also serves as an office. This room is distinguished by walls with decorative brick made from materials from an old bakery of the early 20th century, which adds historical charm to the room. Two large windows to the floor provide enough light, making the 9-meter room quite spacious. The compact desktop and open shelves for decorative and artistic objects are designed to be as comfortable as possible and at the same time save space. A bright accent of the office is a large picture of the work of Anastasia Putilovskaya “Maka”.

The bedroom of 12 m² has access to a separate not large terrace, which overlooks the garden and provides the room with better insolation, gives a feeling of transparency to the room. Lamps from Tom Dixon add festivity and joyful mood, and the bed in mustard color harmoniously complements the overall composition. Original furniture, made according to an individual project.
Special attention should be paid to the living room and kitchen area, where most of the time of the residents of the house and their guests spend.

One of the main requirements of the customer was to create a feeling of space and light in the house with small room areas. To achieve this goal, I combined the living room with the kitchen, which gave us 32 m² of open space, and also increased the amount of natural light thanks to the large area of glazing that opens to a spacious terrace of 4x8 meters.

The heart of the living room is the fireplace area. The tempered heat-reflecting screen behind the fireplace is made of finishing tiles, which harmoniously supports the design of the kitchen located along the opposite wall. The wall behind the fireplace is decorated with natural stone cut into different thicknesses, which gives it a voluminous and unique look. The picture above the large sofa combines all the colors of the interior of the living room.

The kitchen, made in black and white, is an example of maximum compactness and functionality. It is located in one line, which allows efficient use of space. A magnificent lamp with birds on a branch from Dutch craftsmen creates atmospheric evening lighting and plays a key role in creating a cozy atmosphere.

The interior was completed using furniture and products from well-known European brands and factories, such as “Calligaris” and “Natuzzi”. This made it possible to create a harmonious and stylish space that corresponds to modern design trends, without forgetting comfort and practicality.
