To create something extraordinary, sometimes with little talent, you need to find the perfect match client with the studio and, of course, a little magic. This apartment is about this case.
We tried to realize all the wishes and emphasize the beauty and unusualness of the space, immersing all 127 sq.m. in our smooth, refined and cozy fairy tale.

The apartment is located in one of the historical districts of Kiev, the large area of rooms and 3m ceilings gave us many opportunities for creativity. Conditionally divided the room into private and public areas, a master bedroom unit with a wardrobe and a children's room went to the private one. A spacious, properly shaped living room, kitchen - dining room and bathroom remained in public access.

The living room is the main wow element of the apartment. A multitude of techniques, textures and elements are mixed here. Curved corners of the room, large plaster cornices and baseboards. From the common space of the walls emerges its majesty a rack with a built-in fireplace - the central element of the composition of our living room. We worked hard to find the proportions of the masses and bring everything to the ideal. The windows are framed by contrasting wooden portals, an oak Fruntzian Christmas tree on the floor. And, of course, the play of colors: blue-gray walls, light boucle armchairs, mahogany, contrasting console veneer and peach sofa.Although complex shapes and colors are mixed in the design, but, nevertheless, all together evokes a feeling of coziness and comfort. Lightness is added by lamps, curtains, non-standard shape of the mirror. Here you can look at a lot, and every time find something new interesting for yourself, such as a ventilation milled grille in the baseboard.

In the kitchen we decided to play chess with tiles, and again returned to the rounded elements, this time in the facades of the furniture and the shape of the dining table. We trace the checkered theme and in the floor of the bathroom it is diluted by the neutral color of the wall plaster, brass elements of plumbing and the accent stone of the sink. The customer has a large collection of books, so we have tried to find many areas to store them, even in corridors using built-in shelves framed with classic elements.

The bedroom is the maximum embodiment of comfort, gray wallpaper and a massive velor reddish headboard, again, wooden portals on the windows and classic light elements of the portals of racks and doors. Here it is important to maintain balance and not to make the interior obsolete by adding modern lighting elements and furniture.

A completely different world reigns in the children's room, and we tried to emphasize it but leaving room for imagination. We designed a hiding place in the corner of the room, thereby improving the shape of the room. Warm wood, and color accents of furniture - nothing more than superfluous.

It took a lot of time to work out the smallest details of the project. That is why the whole space in general resembles a fascinating book that you want to reread again and again to find something new and special for yourself in every word and every centimeter.

And, most importantly, I want to live in it.
