Private house project 115 m²

Concept

This project is a bold example of modern minimalism, where the main tool for creating an atmosphere was the play of light and shadows. The interior combines restrained architecture, deep hues and accent lighting, which allows the space to change mood depending on the time of day and the scenario of life of the inhabitants.

Planning

115 m² thought out to the smallest detail to ensure comfort and functionality:

• The open kitchen-living area is the heart of the house, where the kitchen, dining table and lounge area are combined.

• Master bathroom — dark and atmospheric, with individually designed mirror lighting.

• Private bedrooms maintain a sense of calm and balance while maintaining the overall concept of the interior.

Materials and colors

The project is dominated by dark shades — deep graphite, black and anthracite, which create a chamber and feel of an “architectural box”. The contrast is added by warm terracotta accents in the form of a sofa and bar stools. For the walls and floor, textured materials with a stone texture were chosen, giving the space a monolith and tactility.

Illumination

The lighting system is thought out as a key element of the design:

• hidden light lines emphasize the geometry of the premises;

• lamps with the possibility of changing color (warm/accent red) allow you to transform the atmosphere - from intimate evening to neutral daytime.

Atmosphere

The house creates the feeling of a cozy haven, but at the same time looks futuristic and spectacular. This is a space for people who appreciate modern aesthetics, minimalism and emotionality of the interior.
