A house that reflects character.

This interior is designed for a family with two adult children. We were faced with the task not just to equip the space, but to read the rhythm of the family's life, their habits, their sense of comfort, and to reflect all this in materials, proportions, routes and details.

The starting point for the design was a fireplace made of soapstone — at the request of the Owner, it was to become the center of the interior. His choice was rational: the fireplace keeps the heat for a long time. However, it was this element that set the tone of the whole design — the natural texture of the stone, the feeling of strength and tranquility, deep “masculine” materials in a delicate combination. It was this game of opposites that formed the basis of the whole concept.

The total area of the house is 330 m².

The first floor is an open area for communication. Kitchen-living room, guest room, bathroom — everything is permeated with light and an experienced warm palette. A separate unit has a spa area with sauna, lounge space and access to an outdoor eco-pool. This part of the project was completely redesigned: we raised the sauna to the podium, and in the niche that arose in the podium, we created space for a large sofa - a place to relax.

The second floor is a private part.

There is an office and children's rooms with a separate bathroom, laundry and the main pride of the project is the master block. We rethought the layout so that each passage was logical and convenient: through the spacious dressing room you can get on the right into the bedroom with a panoramic window, and on the left into the bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower. The orientation of the bed in the bedroom allows you to wake up with a view of the pine trees outside the window.

Materials — as a continuation of character.

Textured stone, wood, natural textures and warm fabrics create a feeling of reliability and inner comfort. Light walls work as a background, allowing the tactility of materials and balanced colors of the furniture to dominate.

This interior is the result of fine work with space, style and temperament of the people who will live here. It carries warmth, simplicity and silence that remain even after the light is turned off.
