OZONE1 Residence is a breath of fresh air among the scorching sands of the desert. The developer has Ukrainian roots.
OZONE1 is a 25-storey residential complex in Dubai with a unique concept of freshness. Innovative technologies and design aesthetics make it a real oasis among the hot metropolis.
It is a place where fresh air becomes part of life thanks to advanced cleaning and air conditioning systems. All conditions for a harmonious and comfortable stay are created here: a modern gym, saunas, aroma zones, children's rooms, a cinema and even a steam zone for complete relaxation.
Interior inspired by nature.
• Lobby:
The main accent is a standing reception with wavy shapes that symbolize the movement of air. Inspired by the works of the brand Based Upon. Made of metal, which adds a sense of stability and durability. Sofas, lighting, plant compositions and accent elements repeat natural motifs, reminding of naturalness, lightness and freshness.
• Clubhouse supports the basic concept of the complex.
Bionic, wavy lines in upholstered furniture, rounded decor for lighting, natural colors and greenery.
• The cinema is designed for maximum comfort.
Soft panels on the walls perform the function of sound absorption. The sliding partition carries both a decorative and practical function, adds comfort and privacy, and decorative elements in the signature colors complete the design.
• Aroma zone — rare in residential complexes, but not in OZONE.
A special aromatherapy room has been created here, where you can enjoy natural aroma oils and complete relaxation. Backlit salt panels surrounded by plants create a sense of nature, and a Rolls Royce-style ceiling with starlight lends magic to the space.
