The new Emily Resort building has become the architectural dominant of the complex, forming a recognizable silhouette and at the same time integrating organically into the environment. His concept was born from the desire to create a modern space that combines leisure, medicine, business and the art of architecture. The glass vertical structure with cantilever protrusions up to eleven meters resembles a frame of wood - a symbol of the complex, emphasizing the connection of architecture with nature.

The facade with mirrored surfaces creates a feeling of lightness and dissolution in space: from afar the building is perceived as dominant, and from close up the two upper floors “disappear” into the sky. This is a complex engineering system, where each double-glazed unit was manufactured individually with jewelery precision, which allowed to achieve the effect of integral reflection. In the interiors, the main emphasis was on tactile materials — wood, textured surfaces and soft textiles, which together with panoramic glazing create an atmosphere of openness and harmony with light and nature.

Functionally, the building meets modern expectations of guests. It houses a medical center with diagnostic and Ayurveda programs, a space for participants in detox programs with its own restaurant, library and an oriental style oasis patio, as well as a conference area with a unique panoramic location on the fourth floor. Thanks to the system of covered transitions, the building is integrated with the first hotel unit, which allows you to comfortably move between the functional areas of the complex regardless of the weather.
