The Lviv Mobility Center is an accessible space for urbanism, art, and the study of the city's underlying changes. The institution is located at 24 Bandera Street, on the ground floor of a historic 1913 building by Adolf Kuhn and is a new part of the Municipal Art Center. We believe that culture and communication are a way for shared change.

In 2022, the Center was conceived as a place to develop urbanism and the cycling community. The center responds to the challenges of the rear city on the border with Europe — cities of rehabilitation and treatment of military, reception of IDPs, an important center for humanitarian assistance, cultural exchange and political meetings.

The Center for Urban Mobility works with the themes of design, barrier-free, and architecture through culture, art and luminosity, using the principles of universal design in approaches and assertiveness in communication. We actively engage with the veterans movement, the cycling community, people with disabilities, artists and artists, as well as small communities, which in particular are growing due to military action. The Center hosts and organizes architectural, research, and art exhibitions around which it shapes the discussion about physical, information and social accessibility.

Our idea is to make the city accessible to everyone. Build a dialogue between communities, the municipality and the townspeople; help residents to be active in change, improve the city and embrace the transformations that have already taken place, to open up to what is happening now and to those that are still ahead.
