The project of a two-level apartment almost in the heart of the city of Lviv. The aim was to combine the common spaces of the two floors, which, according to customers, provided very good communication links. When someone on the second floor can easily shout across the balcony to the kitchen below. And also I could not accept the dark corridor on the second floor - it was very depressing, and the bathroom in such a dwelling needed natural light.

One of the ideas for housing on 13-14 floors was to create a balcony with a view, albeit interior, and not classic. Customers are a couple who work from home not because of COVID-19, but because of their wishes for this lifestyle. Accordingly, the cabinet could not be residual or additional. This room blends well with the living room both visually and functionally. In practice, two doors are actively used, which can not but please us as projectors.

Since all the main windows are oriented to the west, overheating inevitably awaited us. Therefore, in addition to the air conditioning system, the visual effect of the blue cube was chosen, which envelops the two bedroom areas. They, in turn, are warm and as cozy as possible.

It is worth noting that despite the main activity, customers maintain a travel blog, so it was important to create a sufficiently diverse space with different backgrounds for videos. Watching customer stories on Instagram, my favorite angle is the round window in the bedroom, which has warm-colored walls. Outside the window, the second light of the kitchen has a cold reflex from the blue shell of the cube, creating a very voluminous and mysterious effect.

In the original layout, the entrance hall was indecently small, so the first five steps are white to outline the visual square of the hallway. To achieve this layout, it was necessary to dismantle all partitions and even part of the floor.

I would like to recall the bathroom, which received a window to the balcony. Nevertheless, it is planned so that all intimate processes do not have a chance to fall into the field of view of the guests or even the owners themselves. But you will agree, in times of blackouts, having natural light in all rooms is a considerable advantage.
