IT office with energy efficient technologies

The office project was designed by United Architects, and the integrated automation system was implemented by Intellect City.

The design of the implemented office for the IT company was executed in a modern style with characteristic features of minimalism.

A distinctive feature is the neutral and monochrome gamut, sustained in a contrasting combination of dark and light tones.

An interesting element of the interior is the wall for tiles, covered with magnetic marker paint.

Modern technological design adds a touch of innovation to this office. Integrated technologies, modern materials, open space and functionality make the workflow more

efficient and convenient.

In general, the design of this office is about minimalism, clear forms, restraint, functionality, but of course with the addition of interesting details.

Space automation:

• Complete lighting control: 90% of the fixtures support smoke and RGBW functions; in pass-through areas and bathrooms, the light works automatically by presence sensors.

• Intelligent climate control (air conditioning and heating).

• Automated sun protection (roller blinds).

• Security system with access control and biometrics.

• Scenarios of “short” and “long” absence to save resources.
