EVERGR1N: natural harmony in the city center

EVERGR1N is an 11-storey residential complex, a personal oasis in Dubai, where every element of the interior contributes to harmony with nature. The developer has Ukrainian roots.

The main idea of the complex, as well as interior design, is reflected in its name. It is a space filled with freshness and nature that blends harmoniously into the urban landscape.

The design is created in the European direction, which is a new trend in Dubai. Quiet luxury for people who value comfort, status, aesthetics and quality.

It's about inner balance and the ability to enjoy the beauty of the details.

Minotti, B&B Italia, Poliform, Molteniandc, Luceplan harmoniously complemented this space.

Lobby:

The lobby of the complex is dominated by a reception stand made of solid stone, symbolizing strength and natural beauty. Green shades on the walls, living plants and natural lighting create a feeling of comfort and unity with nature.

Clubhouse:

Continues the lobby concept. Here every element is thought out for relaxation, work or communication. Furniture made of natural materials, exquisite decorative elements contribute to the creation of an atmosphere of comfort.

Children's area:

With large windows and vibrant greenery, the area looks like a natural space.

“Amphitheater” for seating allows multifunctional use of this area, both for games and for training. And mobile tables with poufs allow you to embody any scenario of an educator or animator.

We also placed a dry pool with balls and interactive, developing boards.

Fitness and Zen Space for Yoga:

The area combines functionality and aesthetics. Natural materials, panoramic windows that overlook the pool and green areas all create a feeling of unity with nature, even during training.

The yoga zone is located on the rise, emphasizing the importance of the moment of meditation and inner balance. Plants serve as a natural bulkhead, providing privacy and isolation, which helps focus on practice.

The entire space is filled with soft, natural light, thanks to the large windows that allow nature to become part of the interior. Here, every detail contributes to harmony and inspiration, creating a space where it is possible not only to work on the physical form, but also to achieve inner balance.

Sauna:

A modern sauna with an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation, where minimalism is combined with natural harmony and elegance.

The main accent is the luminous circle in the ceiling, which, thanks to its conical shape, creates the effect of depth and balance. This solution adds modern character and visual lightness to the space.

Behind the seats is integrated a hidden water tank and a backlight that projects the caustic on the wall. This is a non-standard solution that adds dynamics and uniqueness to the space.

Living plants complete the concept, emphasizing the naturalness and harmony of the design, creating a sense of unity with nature.
