ECOPARK is a suburban project of 6 single-family residential buildings, which is divided into two parts. The first is 4 freestanding houses with a shared driveway and public spaces. The second is two gated houses with a separate driveway.

The project elaborates common flexible areas for transformation and leaves completely private courtyards for the imagination of future owners. We take into account the possibility of pedestrian life in the suburbs and encourage residents to leave their homes. We are clearly aware that all residents will be by car since the object is outside the city, so the passage is made by a wave encouraging the driver to reduce speed and increase attention when driving to his house. The space in-between is focused on pedestrian comfort, so there are no borders and the entire common area is a common space for all participants (shared space).

We have been based on the analysis of requests that we receive from customers who have purchased cottages or houses. Developers often want to pack the maximum number of houses on one plot and fight for the cheapest sale. Ecopark has the exact opposite strategy.

So there is enough space for a single-family house. And for the most part, people want something that does not fit very much in 120-140 square meters, and when buying a house they can not appreciate it. There will be no escape stairs. There are wardrobes in each room and three bathrooms. There is a garage for two cars and you will be sure that none of your neighbors will finish anything. Niches for external engineering are provided, which are closed by open grilles and mask potential visual noise.
