Multifunctional Communication and Workspace Project
Client Request
he client approached us with a request to create a multifunctional environment that would serve as a coworking space, a venue for presentations and lectures, and a place for informal meetings and events.
Location
Situated in the heart of the capital, on the city’s main avenue, the space offers stunning panoramic views of the chestnut-lined boulevard — a contextual element that strongly influenced the design concept.
Spatial Zoning
The interior is organized into several distinct functional zones:
Customization Zone
A fully bespoke area developed according to our architectural drawings, where users can independently design and personalize their devices. It features ergonomic workstations and a modular storage system.
Lecture Zone
Equipped with a full-wall multimedia screen, this zone supports large-scale visual presentations. The screen is concealed behind a perforated sliding mesh panel featuring the corporate pattern. This movable system not only serves a decorative purpose but also enhances the interior's visual impact when viewed from the street, especially in the evening.
Meeting Area
The focal point here is a custom-designed meeting table made from lavender-toned solid surface material. This area is ideal for both formal corporate meetings and informal team discussions.
Bar Area
A small bar offering beverages and snacks provides a comfortable corner for relaxation and casual networking.
Lounge Area
A large island sofa by Bla Bla Station acts as the central visual and functional anchor of the space, promoting a sense of community and openness. Adjacent to it is a transparent library constructed from recycled plastic, featuring a curated selection of books on culture, art, and business from both Ukrainian and international publishers.
Window Workstations
Along the perimeter glazing, we placed individual workstations that allow users to work while enjoying the city views. The chairs selected are Sancal models, upholstered in Kvadrat fabric, emphasizing both comfort and aesthetic appeal.
Design Concept
The interior reflects a strong brand identity through the use of corporate colors, integrated across material palettes, graphics, and furniture. The overall design promotes openness, flexibility, and social interaction. The project balances technological sophistication with a human-centered approach — every zone is designed to foster communication, creativity, and focus.
