The historic building at the intersection of two central streets is a vivid example of the renaissance of urban architecture of the late 19th - early 20th centuries. The restoration project aimed not only to preserve the architectural identity of the building, but also to breathe new life into it, adapting the spaces to modern functional needs.

The building has retained its distinctive angular volume with an octagonal tower, which is the architectural dominant. Restoration work included restoration of authentic stucco, reconstruction of historic window openings, and plaster decor. The façade combines the open texture of brick on the upper floors with restored tinted rustication on the first level.

Inside, the original brickwork of the walls has been preserved and restored, which became the main stylistic accent. The spatial solution of the corridors with a series of arched openings creates the impression of depth and symmetry, while maintaining a sense of historical authenticity.

The building is adapted for commercial premises on the ground floor and office - on the upper levels. At the same time, the maximum number of authentic elements is preserved, and new interventions are made with respect for the historical fabric.

This project is an example of how restoration can not only preserve heritage, but also return it to the active life of the city. Thanks to the thoughtful work of architects, designers and restorers, the building has acquired a new quality, while remaining at the same time a witness and participant in history.
