“House by the Lake” is a modern style house project with a flat roof, a glass terrace, a barbecue area, a garage and a sauna.

The project is designed taking into account all the wishes of the owners - a family with a child and a grandmother who will often visit.

The spacious kitchen-living room with fireplace, with access to the terrace and the backyard is the heart of the house. The office for the owner is a place not only for work and meetings, but also for rest. A bathroom, a technical room and a large mirror cabinet in the hallway are all for comfort and functionality.

The second floor is three bedrooms - a utility room with its own dressing room, a nursery for a teenage son and a guest room. A bathroom with a freestanding bath is the decoration of this house. In the hall there was a peat panel from a Ukrainian manufacturer, a designer radiator and an incredibly gentle bra-pir1in.

Several lighting scenarios, pass switches, fire and motion sensors, video surveillance and security have been thought out throughout the house. The house has an air conditioning system and solar panels. A water treatment system is installed not only for drinking, but also for domestic water.

Professional landscape designers worked on the area near the house. And above the garage they designed a zone for relaxation and sunbathing. The house has a sewage biosystem, automatic irrigation of the territory.
