Curiosity of the project adds that the owners are very creative people and work mainly at home. In summer, the owners spend time on the terrace in the company of friends. This diversified the functional structure of the apartment. We gave the upper level under the common area with access to the terrace. The work area is adjacent to the living room. The lower level is "residential" with a bedroom and a kitchen dining room.
