Interior of a modern apartment in the residential complex “Mozart” in the city. Dnipro.

Designed for a family of three people with a teenage child.

The space of the apartment was divided into a day area (kitchen-studio and living area) and a private bedroom area.

Design concept: creating a functional, rather ascetic space, light in color. The apartment has a rather complex climate system: duct air conditioning, supply and exhaust ventilation with an air humidification module. Air ducts and equipment are mounted in the structure of the suspended ceiling. Climate control, lighting scenarios, sun protection elements are consolidated into a single “smart home” system using the knx protocol. This control is provided through an application specially created for the project in the owners' mobile devices and through the use of Jung F40 in-room controllers. The kitchen and all cabinet furniture are made in Ukraine according to our sketches.

Implementation of the project took 11 months.
