Designers of Between the Walls studio presented a new project of apartment 044, with an area of 37 square meters, in a modern residential complex on Podil. This area of Kiev is known for its industrial history and cultural richness, which adds a special charm to the new building with elements of modernism and brutalism.

The apartment attracts with open space and design experiments that create volume and conditionally increase the scale of the room. The entrance corridor, illuminated by natural light from the living room and bedroom, fills the space with lightness. On the right is a wardrobe made of glass blocks, which adds even more light to the room, reflecting the rays. On the left is a convenient built-in wardrobe and storage shelves for outerwear and other things, made in light colors that harmoniously blend into the kitchen area.

The living room and kitchen form a single space where each element is thought out to the smallest detail. A large wooden table in the kitchen, surrounded by Alias chairs, becomes a center for friendly gatherings. A poster by Anastasia Lelyuk on aluminum sheets adds an artistic accent, and a minimalist loft-style lamp unites the whole composition.

The living room is a place to relax and relax. The green sofa of Diza Collective, symbolizing freshness, adjoins the painting by Anton Sayenko, creating an atmosphere of comfort and inspiration. The use of glass and wood adds warmth to the space, and numerous shelves with decor complete the look.

The bedroom, despite its compactness, radiates light and comfort. Two windows fill the room with daylight, and a partition made of plywood and corrugated glass provides privacy. Painting by Hamlet Zinkovsky and French lamps AM.PM add sophistication and tenderness to the room.

Project 044 is a harmonious combination of modern design with elements that evoke nostalgia. Every detail is carefully thought out, creating a comfortable and unique living space in the heart of Podil.
